What owners ask us.
What does a hotel management company do?
It runs the hotel or villa on the owner's behalf: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, pricing, sales channels, direct sales, marketing, groups and reporting. The owner keeps the property and its brand.
Do you work outside Puerto Escondido and Mexico City?
Yes. Full management with an on-site team is currently in Puerto Escondido and Mexico City. Sales and revenue, brand and marketing, and pre-opening we provide remotely in any city in Mexico.
Do you manage Airbnb villas in Puerto Escondido?
Yes. We manage short-term rental villas and houses on Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking: photos, listings, daily pricing, guests, cleaning and maintenance.
Do I have to change my property's name?
No. Your property keeps its name and brand. RAGADAKA Stays operates behind the scenes.
Can you come in during construction?
Yes. In pre-opening we build the operating concept, org chart, systems, channels, photos and website so you sell from day one.
Which systems do you use?
Cloudbeds for reservations and channels, PriceLabs for dynamic pricing, a website with a booking engine and an AI sales assistant on WhatsApp.
How much does it cost?
We quote per property after a 30-minute assessment call, based on size, solution and stage.
