Address: Calle Framboyanes 11, Zicatela, Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. 47 steps from the beach: walk out, cross the street and you are on the sand (not beachfront).
Hours: check-in 3 pm, check-out 12 pm. Late check-out until 2 pm: MXN 500, subject to availability.
Food and bar: breakfast 8 to 11 am, snacks 12 to 3 pm, coffee bar and pool bar 7 am to 11 pm. Many restaurants a few steps away for lunch and dinner.
Pools: 9 am to 11 pm. Loungers by the pool and beach towels.
Internet: 850 Mbps fiber, with Starlink backup.
Transfers: from Puerto Escondido airport MXN 1,200 and from Huatulco MXN 3,000 each way, up to 6 people. Booked in advance.
Pets: 1 per suite, up to 10 kg, MXN 550 per night, with current vaccination record.

Get paid

Every month we pay you 10% of room revenue on completed stays.

The booking engine shows prices before taxes; taxes are added at checkout. For several suites: set how many in "Quantity" and guests in "Adults" on each one; it all goes in a single payment.

Commission and policies

The rules, in short.

Price: with your code, your client pays the same as the non-refundable rate on our website, all year.
Rate: non-refundable, room only.
Commission: 10% of room revenue before taxes, excluding extras, on completed and non-cancelled stays.
Payment: by bank transfer within the first 10 days of each month, against your invoice (or a receipt if your agency is outside Mexico).
Highest-demand dates: Dec 20, 2026 to Jan 6, 2027 and Easter week (Mar 24 to 27, 2027). Book early.
Groups over 20 or full buyouts: quoted separately. Write to us with dates, number of guests and purpose of the trip.
